After our recent public meeting – in the pub afterwards – it was felt that we had failed to yet address the social side of OCA’s objectives.
As a simple first step we invite every resident or tenant living in Orchard Close to meet at The Water Mill for a pre Christmas Drink on Friday December 19th in the evening.

Well, it is THAT time of year, goodwill to all men etc etc. A ” get to know” your neighbours and relax, type of arrangement at the watermill pub, and nobody turned up. Well the people that did turn up, enjoyed it. So much for COMMUNITY SPIRIT. merry Christmas all.
